It truly depends on the model of your phone. Please check your user manual or the service provider’s website for details specific to your phone.

In the meantime, if you are a registered user, please make sure you have entered the correct mobile number and carrier information by checking "account" after logging in. . If your ringtone or graphic has not arrived in twelve hours , please contact Support .

If you have any doubts about whether you should be purchasing any content for your phone through our site, just take a look at the registration page. On the registration page, we list all of the services we support for your phone. If you've already registered with us, you can see this information in Account. To purchase through the website you'll need to have WAP service or wireless internet on your phone.

For Sprite: Go to Sprite.com ( www.sprite.com ) and register or sign into your Sprite.com account in "Under the Cap." Once you have done that, you'll need to enter the 10 digit code under the cap. You will see the ringtone listed in the items you've won. When you click on "Redeem this," you'll be redirected to MIDIRingTones.com. If you have an account with us already, just login. If you don't have an account with us, register and we can add the credit to your account. If you have any trouble, please contact our customer support .

Currently only phone number can be associated with each account. If you would like to register multiple phone numbers and cell phones, please create unique usernames for each phone number.

Yes, we do. We have free content to test and see if MIDIRingTones supports your phone. Click on “Test your phone” at the bottom of the pages and follow the registration procedure or log in and follow directions. Typically, your test tone and/or graphic should be arriving to your phone in a matter of minutes if your phone is supported by MIDIRingTones.

The polyphonic ringtones are tones created by playing many notes at the same time to create an instrumental version that sounds almost like the actual melody of the song. Music Tones are actually snippets from the real song. Music Tones are also known as "True Tones" or "Master Tones."

In order to get Wallpapers to your phone, you need to have an internet enabled phone. Please check the registration page to make sure that you phone and carrier are supported. The Wallpapers will be sent like a ringtone. You will receive a text message with directions on how to successfully download the image, specific to the model of your phone.

Yes, as long as you can receive incoming "Short Message Service" (SMS) messages, you can purchase content. We have tested our service with both Cingular and T-Mobile prepaid plans. You will still need to have internet access in order to download the content.

Due to copyright restrictions, we only allow you to send a tone or graphic to your phone a maximum of three times. If you have sent something to your phone and have not received it yet, please be patient. Typically the ringtone or graphic arrives in less than one minute, but sometimes due to carrier and network problems it can take several hours. Please be patient. In the mean time, if you are a registered use, please make sure you have entered the correct mobile number and carrier information by checking “account” after logging in. To change your mobile number, carrier, or phone model information, log on, click on the orange “account” button at the top right corner and update your information.

With your email address and cell number, you can have your login information emailed to you by using our Lost Password page. If you do not have this information, please contact Support to get your login.

To add or remove a phone from your account, just go to Account and select the edit phones option. Please note that you cannot remove your default phone (the phone with which you first registered), but can always update the model or carrier.

MIDIRingTones currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay with your PayPal account.

When you're ready to check out proceed to the payment screen where you can select the "PayPal Buy Now" option. Click this link and you will be taken to the PayPal where you will be asked to login or register if you're a first-time user. Proceed through the PayPal process and click the "Buy" graphic when requested. You will then be returned to the MIDIRingTones site where you must click on the My Content page to finish sending your tones and/or graphics to your phone.

With the new site design, we have enhanced our security to better protect your credit card information. Unfortunately, some of the historical information could not be upgraded so it had to be removed from our system. Please re-enter your credit card information and it will be stored for future purchases.
Buying Online

Once you have found the content you would like to purchase, by clicking on the title or the “BUY” icon, you will be directed to the Product Detail page where you will be asked for your carrier information. If you are signed in as a registered user of MIDIRingTones, you will get various payment options on how you can purchase that content. Otherwise, you will get SMS instructions on how to purchase that content.

There is significant cost-savings to purchasing credits online. You can save from 30% to 50% off of the purchase of a single download, depending on whether you buy a package of 5 credits or 25 credits.

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer credits from one account to another at this time.

No, you may go back at anytime to use your remaining credits. There is no expiration on using your credits.
Detailed Phone Information

If you have Vision service, please refer to the FAQ about the Sprint Vision phones. You will need a data connection kit, which is available from your carrier. This kit allows you to connect your cellular phone to your computer's serial port. You will then use the Sanyo Multimedia Master software that comes with the kit. This software allows you to select the MIDI file that you downloaded to your computer and send it to your phone.

Step 1) When the tone is received via an SMS you will see a Message notification in your device display. Step 2) Press the OK button to read the message now. The text of the message will indicate Music Tone and includes the date and time of message arrival. Step 3) Press the OK button to see the options associated with this message. You will see that you now have the choice of being able to Save Music, Play Music, or Delete the ringtone. Do not select Delete as this will remove the ringtone. If you select "Play" you will hear the ringtone. If you select "Save" it will overwrite the current ringtone saved in the memory space of the phone (Remember to check that you are not about to overwrite a favorite ringtone before you save!). Most Motorola phones have space for ONE custom ringtone only. Step 4) After saving the ringtone onto the phone, return to the phone set-up menu and choose "Set Ringer Tone." Then simply choose your save

A "Short Message" will be sent to your phone. That message will contain a link to the ringtone. Depending on your phone model, there will be a soft key marked as "Go" or "Follow URL", click on that softkey. Your phone's web browser will now open the ringtone for you. It will display a few screens while it loads. If it displays a warning saying that "Sprint Does Not Trust This Content", click on continue. This is because our ringtones are not hosted on Sprints servers. The ringtone will download and install itself. If you have troubles, please contact support .

After purchasing a ringtone you will be sent a text message with a URL. Press the button in the center of the control pad to bring up a list of options. Select "Go To" and your browser will be launched. This will bring you to a site that lets you download and assign the ringtone to your phone.

The first step is to get into your Vision web home page. (Menu, then 4 for N400.) Once you are on the home page, there are two options on the bottom of the page "Select" and "Menu". Highlight and press the "menu" option. A list of three options will pop up. They are "Home,mark page, and More Options". Highlight and press on "More Options". You are then in Browser Menu. Go to option 5.-"Go to URL."... Then click OK on your phone. The Download will open on your phone shortly.

After sending the ringtone to your phone: Using the menu button, press "menu" then selected "messaging" followed by "notifications" on the telephone. Press the "OK" button to open the message The message contains a URL. Press the phone's menu key, and selected "extract" followed by "extract URL" and then "OK". The URL will be displayed on the phone screen. Press the menu button again, followed by 'OK". The phone connects to the internet and then a screen will be displayed that reads: "Confirm not trusted content. Sprint can't guarantee." Choose "continue" and "OK" and the ringtone downloads.

All Samsung S105 phones will receive the monophonic (standard) ringtones. These will be the Nokia/Samsung format. If you have the wireless internet enabled on your phone, sometimes called WAP, mMode, or T-Zones, you can receive the polyphonic ringtones and graphics. You will receive a text message that allows you to 'Connect' to our wap site. Press the soft key and the ringtone should download to your phone automatically.

Create a bookmark for Ringtone downloads by doing the following: Press Menu, press the Up key to get to Services, press Select, press the Down key to get to Bookmarks, press Select, press Options, press the Up key to get to New bookmark, press Select, enter the web address as given in the text message, press OK, enter a name such as RingTones for the boookmark, and press OK. To open the bookmark, press Options and then Select (when Go To is selected). Choose the options given on the screen that correspond to downloading and saving the new ringtone. For each ringtone you purchase, the "zid" and "pin" numbers will change. Change them in the bookmark by selecting the bookmark, pressing Options, pressing the Down key twice to get to Edit, using the Up and Down keys to reach the numbers to be changed, and changing them using the key pad. Press OK twice to save the bookmark and then open it as before to download the new ringtone.

Once the ringtone is downloaded to your phone, go to your Settings menu. Select Sounds, then Ringers. Click on the 'More' option. Select 'Downloaded' and you will find the ringtones there.

When you receive the text message, open it. Click on options and scroll down to Use Detail. The scroll down to Web Address. Click on options again and select Go To. This will connect the phone to the internet and download the ringtone to the phone. From there, the ringtone will be saved to your phone. Phones with galleries will have the ringtones saved in them.

Well, that all depends on your carrier. We currently support Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Western Wireless, Alltel, and Midwest Wireless. Each carrier has a little different way of doing it. You'll need to download our MIDIRingTones application to your phone. Though with any of these carriers, you won't be able to purchase ringtones through our website. You'll need to download the application specific to your phone.

There is a chance something happened to your WAP Push inbox. If you are unable to open your WAP Push inbox, you may need to reset it. To do this, press these keys on your phone: *2767*927# This will flash an hour glass on the screen and then reboot the phone. After entering this code, your phone will be able to download ringtones using the WAP Push method and your phone will stop rebooting randomly.
Purchasing Through My Phone

Only BREW-enabled phones can purchase through the handset. The following carriers offer BREW-enabled phones: Alltel, Cellular South, Metro PCS, Midwest Cellular, NTELOS, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, and Western Wireless. Check with your phone manual or the mobile carrier if you have questions regarding your specific phone.

A "use" is equivalent to one (1) credit; this allows you to download a wallpaper. Once you purchase your wallpaper, it is yours to use for as long as you have the application and phone. However, if you choose to delete the download at a later date you will need to repurchase it.

MIDIRingTones does not charge to listen to tones or preview wallpaper. However, your mobile provider may charge you airtime minutes for the connection. For more information on your particular plan, please contact your carrier.

The easiest way to purchase a tone or graphic through the MIDIRingTones application on your phone is to enter the ID from the website. You can search for your favorite ringtones or graphics on www.MIDIRingTones.com and then download the MIDIRingTones application onto your phone. Once downloaded, navigate to the main menu and select Quick Buy. Type in the ID and hit the OK or Enter button on your phone. Your tone or graphic will be displayed and you can select "Preview" to hear or see it or "Download" to purchase it. It's that simple!
